Chibby Akpunonu
Founder & Consultant
Chibby is an experienced Human Resources professional with expertise across medical device manufacturing, aerospace manufacturing, logistics, retail and corporate environments. Her experience spans employee relations, workplace investigations, change management, talent management, HR operations, leadership development, HR systems, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
Chibby holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and Management from West Chester University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University.
